Who is responsible
The controller of your personal data is IHAR FINCHUK, operating stufio, a sole trader registered in Poland (VAT/tax no. PL5223211274), at ul. Floriańska 6/02, 03-707 Warszawa, Poland. Write to [email protected] about anything on this page — it reaches a person. No Data Protection Officer is appointed: our processing does not meet the Article 37 thresholds.
What we collect, and why
The quote form. Your name and email, your company if you give it, and what you tell us about the project. We use it only to reply and prepare a quote — steps taken at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). An AI model reads the request to summarise and classify it and to draft a first reply; a person reads every reply before it is sent. The model runs at Ollama, our processor under a data processing agreement; your text is not used to train anyone's model.
Technical data. Your IP address, browser type and timestamps, recorded when your browser talks to our servers — ordinary logging, kept short, to keep the site running and secure (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f)).
We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we send no marketing email.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are deleted automatically three months after the last message about them. Ask us and we delete them sooner. Server logs are discarded after a short operational window.
Who else sees it
Only processors acting on our instructions under Article 28 contracts: our hosting and database providers in the European Economic Area; Cloudflare, which delivers this site and protects it from attacks (it handles your IP address and requests); and Ollama, for the AI summary described above. Email is sent and received on our own mail server. Where a processor operates outside the EEA, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device, so there is no cookie banner.
Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. Write to [email protected] — we answer within one month, free of charge. You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Poland the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), or the authority in your own country.
